Outcomes

The conference aimed to produce the following:

1. Lessons learned about gender training methodology.
2. An overview of the implications of gender mainstreaming, and the current emphasis on women’s leadership and empowerment, for gender training.  
3. Recommendations for future research and practice.
4. A publication, including conference papers and proceedings.
