Objectives

The overall aim of the conference is to critically interrogate the kind of gender knowledge being used and the way this is produced, communicated and disseminated in research, development practice and advocacy. The goal is to learn from experiences and incorporate lessons learned to improve future practice.

We aim to do this by providing a forum for researchers, practitioners and academics to share knowledge, to dialogue and to build common frameworks that enable participants in diverse development fields and sectors to take the gender equality agenda forward.
