Literature search
At KIT ILS you have come to the right place for a fast and efficient literature search conducted by one of our information specialists. They are specialized in the structured search for information on issues related to health, sustainable development, gender and culture in low- and middle-income countries.
For a literature search we can revert to our own collection as well as those from other libraries. KIT also has access to many articles via subscriptions to various scientific databases, such as Cochrane, Embase or Scopus.
The information specialists can provide you with a brief overview or a comprehensive literature search. For a comprehensive literature search various sources/databases are used. It provides you with an extensive list of references relevant to the subject. The search strategy is discussed with the client beforehand in order to optimize the quality and relevance of the results.
