Alert service (SDI)
Based on a personal interest profile, you receive regularly in your mailbox a list with recently added publications to the Library collection and relevant websites. Costs of this service are available on request. - Acquisition lists
You can subscribe for an e-mail alert for the latest acquisitions on the following subjects: Agriculture; Culture; Economy; Environment; Gender; Health; Politics: Social Conditions. Please contact the KIT Library. -
RSS Feeds
You can also opt for receiving alerts via RSS feeds. New items are added to our catalogue frequently. By subscribing to our feeds, you'll never miss an update to your favorite subject!
One of the goals of KIT ILS is to support organizations and professionals in the developing world in the strengthening and expansion of their information services. This free SDI service (Selective dissemination of information), including document delivery, was developed to help KIT ILS achieve this goal.
Do you need professional information services and access to relevant sources? KIT ILS offers information services focused on the needs of your organization via a customized webpage which can be accessed by staff at your headquarters and regional offices. Literature search
At KIT you have come to the right place for a fast and efficient literature search conducted by one of our information specialists. They are specialized in the structured search for information on issues related to health, sustainable development, gender and culture in low- and middle-income countries.
Limited visiting hours Reading Room
The Library is closed Monday, May 28. The Reading Room is closed at 2 pm on Wednesday, May 23 and at 2 pm on Thursday, May 31. The KIT Library is open! Visiting hours are Monday through Thursday 10 am till 5 pm.
