Document delivery

Photocopies of journal articles, chapters in books and loan requests can be submitted through a request form. Every record has a button "Request Item". To complete the form please fill in the following data:

  • full postal address with telephone and / or fax number or e-mail address
  • full bibliographic details (journal title; journal number; title article; author(s) and page numbers)


The following prices are relevant, also for Interlibrary Loans.

  • National Loan request € 6,50
    International € 13,00 (Only for libraries within the E.U. we do not send books to libraries outside the E.U.)
  • Photocopies National € 6,50
    International € 13,00 for 1-10 photocopies,  more then 10  € 0,65 and € 1,30 for each photocopy.

Limited visiting hours Reading Room

The Library is closed Monday, May 28. The Reading Room is closed at 2 pm on Wednesday, May 23. The KIT Library is open! Visiting hours are Monday through Thursday 10 am till 5 pm.
