KIT Information & Library Services

The KIT department Information & Library Services (KIT ILS) facilitates worldwide access to (digital) information on development issues, such as sustainable development, poverty reduction, health issues, and cultural exchanges. KIT ILS also provides training, and advisory and information services on information management for development.

KIT ILS offers information services focused on the needs of your organization via a customized webpage which can be accessed by staff at your headquarters and regional offices. A few examples of the services we can provide:

  • regular subject updates of scholarly articles
  • acquisition and management of information sources

Information Products
KIT ILS presents KIT Portals and Dossiers with online (background) information on specific development themes. KIT ILS also co-publishes Exchange Magazine: a quarterly magazine on HIV and AIDS, sexuality and gender. Search4Dev is an online library (repository) for digital documents of Dutch development organizations.
