The course ‘laboratory methods for diagnosis of leptospirosis’ is aimed at familiarizing course participants who have a background in (bio)medicine with the most important laboratory methods in the diagnosis of leptospirosis. They will be able to introduce some of the methods by preparing reagents or by purchasing tests and reagents that are commercially available. The methods introduced will depend on the participants’ requirements and on the laboratory's level of sophistication.
