Meet the Chef
Our Executive Chef Hans Ribbens is a master in the kitchen. Together with his team, he effortlessly switches from composing a walking dinner for 600 people to preparing a tasty barbecue al fresco or cooking a lunch for a small group. And he does this with passion and style. Hans favours preparing meals that are honest and have a multicultural twist. Sometimes spicy, often surprising, but always delicious.
Worldly, yet local
And that sustainable touch we are so proud of, is also present in the kitchen. We use seasonal produce from local suppliers in our dishes; we like to keep it in the neighbourhood and from the neighbourhood. In our menus we skillfully translate the international and multicultural character of KIT to aromas, tastes and a true culinary experience. We offer top quality gastronomy, from finger food to a good beef tenderloin or marinated sea bass fillet. Naturally, we know how to implement specific dietary wishes – anything from organic to vegetarian or gluten free.
We try to reduce our foodprint and ensure maximum recycling. Besides, we carefully select our suppliers because we think it is important that they share our vision. For example, we serve
Earth Water and our fairchain Moyee Coffee comes with cookies from the Koeckebackers. Tastes good, feels good.
We happily arrange the catering for your event with our expertise and love for food, but also have partnerships with three external catering companies.
