RESPECT (Recherche, Enseignement en Santé et Droits Sexuels et Reproductifs et Plaidoyer pour l’égalité)
Le Mali, le Niger et le Burkina Faso sont confrontés à des défis complexes, sociétal, sécuritaire, et de santé. Les conséquences sont surtout visibles chez les femmes et les filles avec un risque plus élevé de violence et de plus grandes difficultés d’accès aux soins de santé, à l’éducation et à l’emploi. Compte tenu des difficultés d’accès à des informations et services de qualité en matière de santé et droits sexuels et reproductifs (SDSR), l’utilisation de contraceptifs reste limitée, les taux de mariage et grossesse précoce sont hautes, et les mutilations génitales féminines et avortements non sécurisés risquent la santé des femmes et filles en vulnérant leurs droits.
