If I come to KIT for a course, can KIT guarantee my safety from the Coronavirus?

Frequently asked question

KIT is closely adhering to the instructions from Dutch authorities. At the moment, no courses are taking place on KIT’s premises. All of our current courses are being delivered through online learning.

Courses scheduled for the next several months will only take place at KIT if the situation allows and if it does not pose any risk with regard to continuing the transmission of the coronavirus. If classes take place at KIT again, we will take the necessary measures w.r.t. distance, sanitary measures and more.

We will keep registered course participants informed about the status of the course for which they are registered.

In line with control measures defined by Dutch authorities, all sessions taking place in April, May, June are being delivered as virtual sessions. KIT will continue to adapt its policies in line with the recommendations of Dutch authorities.

Given that the situation and the control measures evolve rapidly, we will announce our final decision about running a course with face-to-face sessions or with virtual sessions at least one month prior to the start of the course. See the questions below per month for detailed information per course.
