First scholarships from KIT Scholarship Fund

Good news! KIT Scholarship Fund has awarded its first scholarships. Coming September, three students will start their Masterstudies at KIT with a scholarship from KIT Scholarship Fund. We look forward to meeting these new ‘future leaders in health’.

Future leaders in international health
KIT Scholarship Fund aims to raise funds to offer scholarships to health professionals from low income countries to follow master programs in the field of international and public health at KIT.
KIT alumni often make a substantial difference in improving the health care in their country. They often get higher positions after their studies and can therefore contribute to health policy at district, regional and national level. Often they also pass on their knowledge to local health professionals by teaching at universities and local training institutes.  Support to one student to studya at KIT can thus be of benefit to an entire community.
