Donate to the ‘Lucie Blok Scholarship’ fund

In memory of our colleague Lucie Blok who passed away in January 2022, we created a scholarship fund in her name. The fund will enable students from fragile states to follow a master’s programme in public or international health at KIT.

Lucie spent her career strengthening health systems and increasing the effectiveness of disease control programmes. She was also a dedicated supervisor and coach to students and young professionals. By equipping a new generation of health professionals with the knowledge needed to address public health challenges around the world, this fund is a fitting way of keeping her legacy alive.
