I am a physician, an Ayurveda and Wellness expert, and a dedicated youth activist. I am committed to reshaping the healthcare landscape of my nation.
Ongoing Challenges in Nepal’s Healthcare System
Although Nepal’s healthcare system has been improving, there is still significant space for development. Even if improvements have been made, ongoing public health issues continue to have a negative impact on the well-being of our population. The general state of our population’s health has been negatively impacted by superstitious beliefs, the exclusion of menstruating women, and restricted access to appropriate sexual and reproductive health education.
Empowerment Through Education
The Master in Public Health programme at KIT is more than simply an academic endeavour for me; it’s a life-changing experience that will enable me to address prevalent yet important issues in Nepal’s healthcare system.
Igniting a Healthcare Revolution
My goals for Nepal’s healthcare system are audacious and far-reaching. I picture a country where everyone’s health is given priority, no matter their ethnicity or views. In my dream, negative, superstitious ideas that impede progress are eradicated, and an inclusive and accepting culture is promoted.
