Eelco Jacobs is a health governance, policymaking and financing expert with over 10 years of experience in international development in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, qualitative and mixed methods research, teaching, programme development and management. Health care in fragile and conflict-affected areas is a special focus area. Eelco holds an MSc in Political Economy and Sociology from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London and is a PhD Candidate at the University of Basel.
