Child marriage and teenage pregnancy are challenges experienced by many young people in Malawi. In 2013/2014, Machinga was among the districts with the highest prevalence of child marriage and teenage pregnancy. The Yes I Do alliance chose to implement a package of interventions in this district, and Traditional Authority (TA) Liwonde in particular, aiming to reduce child marriage and teenage pregnancy. TA Chikwewo in Machinga was chosen as a control area. This report contains the findings of the base-, mid- and end-line study of Yes I Do Malawi.
