Océane is an agronomist specialising in sustainable agricultural and agri-food systems in developing countries. Her areas of expertise include support for farmers’ groups, organization of value chains, quality of agricultural products, and agricultural services, and she has also worked on food security and pastoralism, in Morocco, Senegal, Kenya, and Madagascar.

Océane has technical and university diploma (DUT) in agronomy from Alsace (France) with a  specialization in Gestion et exploitation de l’Entreprise Agricole (GEEA) from Quebec.

In 2013, she obtained a degree in Sustainable Management of Agricultural Resources (GDRA) from Clermont Ferrand (France). In 2017,  she became an agricultural engineer specialized in agriculture in developing countries (MOQUAS).

She has worked as a project leader for Afdi a French farmer international development of Bourgogne Franche-Comté (France) and supported ICRA as a consultant to providing courses on “Making agribusiness work” to participants from Benin, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger and Burundi.
