Share-Net Netherlands (SNNL) is the Dutch knowledge platform for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and one of the country hubs of Share-Net International. Share-Net Netherlands is hosted by the KIT Royal Tropical Institute and has individual members and organisational members which work in low- and middle- income countries and in the Netherlands on SRHR.
In 2021, Share-Net Netherlands has 17 active Communities of Practice (CoPs) where researchers, practitioners and policymakers come together to collaborate, co-create and learn from each other regarding thematic topics and in a cross-cutting manner. The knowledge management activities of CoPs are intended to aid member organisations and individual members in advancing their own agendas and to create synergies so that work is not duplicated but complimented and strengthened.
This internship provides the opportunity to get insight into the Dutch-based SRHR landscape and to get to know the member representatives (from universities, NGOs and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
