Launch of the E-learning course on Agricultural Innovation Systems (AIS)
KIT has been partnering with LINK and the World Bank and developed and released a new free e-learning course on agricultural innovation systems (AIS). The e-learning modules makes innovation system thinking accessible to all interested practitioners and students. The course is based on the Agricultural Innovation Systems Investment Source Book, which was originally published in 2012.
KIT developed Module 5 on Extension and Advisory Services as part of AIS and Module 7 on Rethinking Agricultural Education to support AIS. We also reviewed the other modules, which were prepared by LINK.
KIT advisors Willem Heemskerk, Roos Wemmenhove and Helena Posthumus have been the main contributors to the development of the e-learning course
