Procedure
All Sida and Embassy staff are welcome to commission framework services within the framework agreement. The funding should come from the Sida unit or embassy. A clear Terms of Reference (ToR) is needed to specify the assignment including the deliverables, deadlines, available budget and other expectations).

Examples of our Framework Services
Projects and programmess: Expert advice on Global Health and SRHR issues regarding design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, reporting for programmes and projects; e.g. formulating ToRs and identification of results indicators.
Country, regional and thematic strategies: Expert advice on Global Health and SRHR dimensions in development, implementation and follow-up of strategy processes, including brief country analyses related to strategy processes, national health strategies, policies and plans (NHPSP), thematic and key sector strategies.
Thematic analyses: In-depth studies and analytical reports, thematic background documents, academic studies, discussion papers, synthesizing lessons as background material to e.g. policy & strategy processes, and thematic knowledge development within Sida.
Methodology support: Expert input to support development of methods, guidance and tools for Global Health and SRHR issues in Sida’s work. Processing of data on global health and provide quantitative and qualitative analysis. Outcome assessments. Advice on monitoring and evaluation of programmes.
Capacity development: Expert input in support of capacity development and training on Global Health and SRHR (at HQ and in partner countries), including development of training materials, organisation of seminars, workshops and training. Strategic advice for people in management positions and coaching of groups or individual Sida staff.
Information materials: Development of information materials on Global Health and SRHR issues relevant to Sida’s general work and to specific development themes, sectors or geographic regions (e g policy briefs, short reports).
Dialogue support: support to Sida/Embassies to facilitate inclusion of Health and SRHR in development, implementation and monitoring of strategies, programs, or projects; and support to dialogues with partners to enhance Health and SRHR in Sida-financed contributions.
International processes: KIT Royal Tropical Institute experts that represent Sida during in global, regional or country level missions where key dialogues and negotiations take place.
