Supporting the ESNEC Business School in Mozambique

KIT has been assisting ESNEC, the business school of the Eduardo Mondlane University in Mozambique, in focusing on developing the skills students require to flourish in the labour market.

Improving student career prospects

By developing links between the ESNEC teachers and management, and future employees (mainly small businesses), KIT has established practical internships and training projects beyond the classroom.

KIT has also undertaken training projects for the teaching staff in order to strengthen links with the labour market and improve the career prospects of the students. The training included field work in value chain analysis.

The teachers  have modified the curriculum to ensure that students receive the skills that will help them succeed in the workplace.
