Plaidoyer Pour L’Avortement Securisé (Dans Les Limites De La Loi) – Mali
L’évaluation a accordé une attention particulière à la pertinence, à l’efficacité, à l’efficience et à la durabilité du projet. Ces dimensions ont constitué les grands domaines d’appréciation des indicateurs liés aux résultats issus du projet. Dès le début du projet, dans les pays concernés, une attention a été accordée au renforcement des sociétés de gynécologues et obstétriciens, ce afin que ces sociétés continuent de prospérer après la fin de la subvention. Par conséquent, l’évaluation a permis d’apprécier dans quelle mesure les sociétés de gynécologues ont acquis des compétences pour assurer la pérennité des interventions. Plus précisément, en ce qui concerne la durabilité des programmes, l’évaluation s’est concentrée sur la probabilité que la SOMAGO et les réseaux poursuivent leur travail d’amélioration de l’accès à l’avortement sécurisé.

El informe concluye con una discusión sobre la teoría del cambio del proyecto y presenta recomendaciones para la SPOG y sus socios, la FIGO y donante(s).

La finalidad de este informe de síntesis es analizar los principales logros y hallazgos clave en los diez países en que se ejecutó el proyecto de Advocacy para el aborto seguro (ASAP), y entender los factores que propician y perjudican la labor de incidencia sobre el aborto seguro. Va dirigido a la Federación Internacional de Ginecología y Obstetricia, las sociedades encargadas de la ejecución del proyecto en cada país, y el donante, y podría ser utilizado también para que asociados y otras organizaciones que realizan labores de incidencia en este sentido compartan lo aprendido sobre advocacy para el aborto seguro entre proveedores de salud.

The aim of the synthesis report is to discuss the main achievements and key results across the ten project countries of the Advocating for Safe Abortion Project (ASAP) and to acquire an understanding of the enabling and impeding factors in safe abortion advocacy. It is intended for the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO), implementing societies and the donor and could be used as well for partners and advocates to share lessons learned on health providers’ advocacy for safe abortion.

The research for change project is a research project focusing on assessing sexual violence responses in the context of disaster-prone and conflict areas. The project was executed by KIT Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) and Save the Children. The studies were initially planned in three different countries: Haiti, South Yemen and Northeast Nigeria. The project started in 2019 and ended in June 2022 and was funded by ECHO.

Patient safety in childbirth care is a current topic on the agendas of discussion about the quality of maternal and child care around the world. This qualitative study sought to discuss the adverse events in childbirth care and its contributing factors, as perceived by patients and family members, using data collected from posts in Facebook groups. A total of 55 posts related to childbirth care made in September and October 2019 underwent content analysis.
