Making an inventory of the wishes with the customer concerning a wide range of events, from a job interview for 2 people to a dance party for 600 people.
Providing guided tours, allowing guests to experience the unique locations themselves.
Preparation of contracts and offers.
Exceeding the expectations and wishes of our customers by performing above their needs.
Settle the administrative procedure of the events.
Conducting evaluation interviews and meetings with customers.
Planning, organizing and supervising various types of events, parties and meetings from A to Z.
Thinking along and improving internal procedures, products and pricing.
Skills, Characteristics and Qualifications requested of trainee
You are driven and energetic.
You are detailed and organized in your work.
You use a creative mind-set to create the right opportunities for collaboration with your customers.
You are social and can respond well to the needs of a customer (in a tour, by email or phone).
Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language.
You have good communication skills.
Knowledge of Excel, Word and possibly experience with reservation systems such as Salesforce.
Great interest in sales and organizing events.

An internship allowance of €500,- per month including lunch!
The possibility to participate every Monday in the Kettle Bell training and to attend multiple (internal) events.
