Bless-me Oluwatobi Ajani
Bless-me is a public health expert with a focus on SRHR, with a wide range of experience managing Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Youth Development, Comprehensive sexuality education and Family Planning projects.
Before joining KIT, she consulted for WHO, FP2030 and worked as a program officer with Johns Hopkins University Centre for Communication Programs on a BMGF-funded family planning project.
In addition to Bless-me’s programming experience, she is a skilled researcher motivated by opportunities to translate research into policies and interventions through the design, implementation, and evaluation of programmes. She obtained her Master’s degree in Public health from KIT Royal Tropical Institute and recently researched contraceptive behaviour patterns among young people across the different regions in Nigeria.
She joined KIT as part of the SRHR team and is responsible for knowledge management and community engagement for the SRHR network Share-Net Netherland/Share-Net International. She has previously worked as a tutor for KIT’s Master of Public Health Programme.
As a strong advocate for gender equality and SRHR, Bless-me founded a youth-led organisation reaching adolescent girls with life skills, SRHR information and services in underserved communities in Nigeria.
