Daniel Y.B. Jeannetot, MSc, is an epidemiologist committed to improving global health and well-being by understanding and analysing the political, social, and economic factors that enable communities to lead healthy lives. His expertise lies at the intersection of humanitarian and global health fields, with a particular focus on monitoring and evaluation, spatial epidemiology, and water, sanitation & hygiene (WASH).

Daniel’s diverse professional background enables him to analyse global issues from a local perspective, and propose local solutions through systemic approaches. He converts complexity, curiosity, and engagement into rigorous analysis and original insights that help populations to improve their health outcomes. Daniel also delivers meaningful and actionable advice to increase populations’ ownership of their health and well-being by leveraging his epidemiological and quantitative skills and policy analysis thinking.

Daniel is French and has lived and worked in Switzerland, Canada, Denmark, the United States, Tanzania, DR Congo, and the Netherlands.
