Elisabeth Kleipool

Staff

With a background in Global Health (MSc), Elisabeth is an advisor in the Health Systems Strengthening team at KIT, with over seven years of experience in project management and coordination, research, advice and capacity development in the areas of access to health care, drug quality, health information systems, human resources for health, leadership and governance, maternal and child health, monitoring & evaluation, nutrition, service delivery, and WASH – both distance-based and in-field (e.g. Afghanistan, Sierra Leone). At KIT, she has a specific focus on Fragile and Conflict-Affected Settings. Her clients include World Bank, WHO, UNICEF, Nuffic, ICRC and Max Foundation. She has a university teaching qualification.
 
Furthermore, Elisabeth is (co-)Chair of the Works Council (Ondernemingsraad), responsible for the daily management of KIT’s employee representative advisory body and advising KIT’s Board of Directors on topics such as human resource policies, financial investments, COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on the organisation, staff wellbeing, inclusivity and diversity, and KIT’s strategy.
