Ingrid Flink


Ingrid Flink is a social scientist and Advisor at the Sustainable Economic Development & Gender unit, as well as the Netherlands representative for the Young Professionals for Agricultural Development network, which is hosted by KIT.

She has conducted various assignments in the field of inclusive value chains, agricultural innovation, extension and youth employment and entrepreneurship: from qualitative research and exploratory studies to developing and implementing a youth strategy. In 2018, she was on a secondment for one year to develop and implement a youth strategy for the four-year program “Approche Communale pour le marché agricole” funded by the Dutch Embassy in Benin. She is currently involved in a study for the World Bank to identify the enabling as well as the hindering factors that affect the participation of youth in agribusiness in Mindanao, the Philippines.
