Ingrid Flink

Ingrid Flink is a social scientist and Advisor at the Sustainable Economic Development & Gender unit, as well as the Netherlands representative for the Young Professionals for Agricultural Development network, which is hosted by KIT. She has conducted various assignments in the field of agricultural innovation, extension and youth employment and entrepreneurship: from qualitative research and exploratory studies to developing and implementing a youth strategy.

She is currently based in Cotonou, Benin for one year to develop and implement a youth strategy for the four-year program “ Approche Communale pour le marché agricole” funded by the Netherlands Embassy in Benin.
