John Kingsley Krugu
John Krugu is a Public Health Specialist and Consultant, with a successful track-record in intervention design, implementation research, and practical applications of behavioural and attitudinal change methods.
John has over a decade of experience in health systems research – involving both qualitative and quantitative data – and designing research strategies and techniques. He also has significant experience in implementation and operational research.
John’s experience covers monitoring and evaluation of large-scale projects in sub-Saharan Africa, addressing issues such as: adolescents’ SRHR, maternal health, WASH activities, Gender-based violence and young peoples’ economic empowerment.
John’s current research is focused on behavioral change interventions, using the Intervention Mapping protocol (http://interventionmapping.com/) with a focus on adolescents, young adults and their SRHR in sub-Saharan Africa.
