Lisa de Graaf is a monitoring and evaluation advisor for social impact. She holds a dual MSc. degree in Public Policy and Human Development from the United Nations University – MERIT with a specialisation in social protection.

During her BSc., Lisa lived in Cape Town for 5 months as an intern. She has experience in both quantitative as well as qualitative research methods, with a special focus on impact evaluation strategies, such as randomised control trials (RCT’s), difference in differences, and propensity score matching. She has experience in the fields of cocoa, living income gender, social – and economic – development, education, cash transfers, and social protection.
