Noor Tromp

Noor is a health systems expert with a focus on health economic evaluations and methods for priority setting in health. She mostly works in the context of human resources for health, neglected tropical diseases and sexual reproductive health and rights.  

Noor has a master’s in biomedical sciences and a PhD in priority setting in health. At KIT she provides technical assistance to governments, donor agencies and NGOs regarding the impact evaluation of interventions and strengthening of decision making processes. 

As a researcher she leads various mixed-methods research studies and develops new tools for knowledge translation. As a teacher she is involved in various modules of KIT’s public health master program and coordinates the module on human resources for health. She is a member of KIT’s focus area on the sustainable development goals.
