Pam Baatsen

Pam Baatsen is a cultural anthropologist and brings to her work at KIT more than 25 years of experience in managing and evaluating large scale, complex health programmes and performing mixed methods research. With teaching degrees in societal sciences and research methodologies, Pam specialises in SRHR and HIV.

Her areas of focus include HIV prevention, key populations particularly vulnerable to HIV, SRHR and capacity building. Pam has extensive living and working experience in South and East Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. She holds a Master’s degree in cultural anthropology from the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands.
