Pre-selection registration JJ/WBGS programme
KIT is again on the list of eligible institutes of the Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGS programme). This programme awards scholarships to individuals from World Bank member countries to undertake graduate studies at universities renowned for their development research and teaching. It is vehicle for knowledge sharing and capacity building in the developing world.
For academic year 2023-2024 the JJ/WBGS organization has chosen a new selection procedure in which the Institute (KIT) will first pre-select qualifying candidates. Therefore there is another set-up in registration for this scholarship programme than in former years.

Please note that we are under Application Window#1, under Vrije Universiteit/KIT. Only applicants with academic admission can apply for this scholarship.
This form will be closed Tuesday 10 January 2023 16.00 Dutch local time. After this day and time it is no longer possible to apply.
February 1st 2023 we will send out the results of this pre-selection. If you have been nominated you will then receive the official link (and form) of the JJ/WBGS organization to apply for the JJ/WBGS scholarship.
The JJ/WBGS scholarship registration link will close 28 February 2023. No further correspondence is possible between registration and the outcome.
