About the role

As Senior Strategic Business Partner People & Culture, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and safeguarding strategic and tactical People & Culture policy. You ensure that the organisation has qualified, motivated, and employable employees, and in doing so contribute directly to the organisation’s objectives. You are a strong sparring partner for the CEO and line management. You report directly to the CEO and lead the (small) HR team and payroll administration. 

KIT will be in transition in the coming years and therefore, this role is of crucial importance. Change priorities for the coming years are building and enhancing a culture in which result- orientation, financial sustainability and accountability will be combined with non-hierarchical, inclusive leadership, transparency in decision-making, direct and honest feedback mechanisms. Dominant HR themes will be structured around retention of knowledge and expertise, efficiency and cost awareness, collaboration and staff care incl. reduction of absenteeism.
